Partnership Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the public promotion of Converge Fabric partners. By enabling the partner visibility toggle within your company profile, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Permission to display

You grant Converge Fabric a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your company name and logo on convergefabric.com, marketing collateral, presentations, and partner directories.

2. Brand assets

You confirm that you own or have appropriate rights to the brand assets supplied to Converge Fabric. You may request updates or removal of the logo at any time by emailing info@convergefabric.com.

3. Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that the information shared with Converge Fabric is accurate and up to date. We may contact you periodically to confirm details.

4. Withdrawal

You can withdraw consent at any point by switching off the partner visibility toggle in the client portal or contacting Converge Fabric. We will remove partner references within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Liability

Converge Fabric is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the public display of partner materials.
